Permanent Stay

This rate applies all year round, even in high season, and includes all our services.
Temporary Stay
- 2,300 € / month from October to May
- 3,000 € / month from June to September (high season)
These stays offer the same complete services as a permanent stay.
Airport transfer – REMES – Airport
Accommodation in modern, spacious, ground-floor room, with private terrace, equipped with a medical bed if necessary.
Daily care provided by our multidisciplinary team.
Individualized support through an assigned nursing assistant, available for each resident during all waking hours (from 7h to 20h), 7 days a week.
Regular physiotherapy sessions offered daily from Monday to Saturday to maintain mobility and promote well-being.
Activities, entertainment and supervised outings.
Complete catering: balanced and adapted meals, snacks, supervised hydration.
Included wellness care (a haircut, as well as basic manicure and pedicure, offered regularly). Specific aesthetic services (coloring, advanced hair care, special care) can be performed on request, with additional participation.
Laundry: household linen provided and personal clothes carefully maintained.
Access to common areas: lounges, restaurants, gardens, pools and private beach.
